What is included in the tour cost?

The cost includes 5 nights’ stay in a double room for couples sharing and a single room for those travelling solo. Also includes hotel breakfasts and breakfast, tour bus hire, lunch/dinner at pre-booked restaurants, category 2 tickets to Wiener Mozart Orchester Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, entrance fees and guided tours to the Albertina Museum and  Schönbrunn Palace.

What is not included in the tour cost?

Your flights, airport transfers, taxis, drinks from the pre-booked restaurants are not included. Meals and snacks in restaurants and cafes not in the itinerary are also not included.

What is the schedule of payment for the cost of the tour?

A non-refundable deposit of £1,000 is due by 1 June 2025 and the balance payable by 1 August 2025. The payments are to be made in the Members’ page in the Fruiterers main website.

What airlines fly to Vienna?

Vienna is well-served by major airlines like British Airways and Austrian Air, as well as Ryanair which flies from Stansted Airport.

What is the dress code for the concert?

The Musikverein doesn't have a formal dress code, meaning you won't be turned away for wearing jeans or a t-shirt. However, it is recommended that women wear a dress, a pantsuit, or a matching combination of skirt or pants with a top; for men, long trousers are recommended, also closed shoes, and a top (such as a shirt, sweater, polo, or T-shirt). A tie is not mandatory.
