Centrally located in the city and close to the Vienna State Opera, Naschmarkt, St. Stephen’s Cathedral and many more in the immediate vicinity.

  • 16 September

    Arrive in Vienna. Transfer to hotel to be arranged individually. A taxi from the airport is around €42. Hotel check-in is at 3pm.

    Dinner at Heuriger Bach-Hengl - a traditional Austrian restaurant offering home-grown wines, warm and cold buffet, and original Viennese live music.

  • 17 September

    The morning starts with a bus tour of Vienna city centre. Landmarks and attractions along the tour include Parliament, City Hall, Opera House, UNO City, Prater with the Ferris Wheel, Museums Quarter and Hofburg.

    Lunch follows at Regina Margherita,Vienna’s favourite talian restaurant.

    Then, its a guided tour of the Monet to Picasso collection at the iconic ALBERTINA Museum Wien

    Dinner will be at Plachutta Wollzeile, a popular smart venue for Tafelspitz boiled beef & other Viennese cuisine classics

  • 18 September

    In the morning, we will have an English private Guided Grand Tour of the An Authentic Experience of Imperial Heritage | Schönbrunn Palace. 

     After the tour, tour participants are free to have lunch on their own. The afternoon is open and tour participants can opt to shop or visit the city on their own.  Option to visit the famous Spanish Riding School [1] will be made available when the tour and performance schedule for summer is released in June.

    The evening’s highlight - - Konzert - Musikverein Wien to watch Wiener Mozart Orchester Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart

  • 19 September


    We will travel outside of Vienna to visit Gut Hardegg and meet its owner Count Maximillian Hardegg and his wife, Countess Alexandra, who have kindly allowed us to plant our tree and visit their estate and farm to learn about “lived biodiversity”. Their son Alexander will give us a tour of the estate.

    After the tour, the Count and Countess will host lunch at their castle (Schloss Seefeld).

    The evening is free to explore Vienna on your own.

  • 20 September

    A trip to Austria would not be complete without visiting the majestic Danube. We will take the bus to Krems to board a ferry to Melk. The ferry ride will give us a chance to admire the beautiful landscape of the Danube valley and the river panorama.

    When we arrive at Melk, we are free to roam around the village, visit the uniquely beautiful Melk Abbey, or enjoy coffee and cake at any of Melk’s cozy cafes.

    Our final dinner will be Am Roan, a hilltop restaurant serving modern Austrian cuisine with stunning views of the city.
